Visual Art Commission for Paisley Weave Sma' Shot Festival 2017
Working to a brief to create an artwork that celebrated Paisley's rich weaving heritage, the global spread of the infamous 'Paisley Pattern' with a festival theme of 'The Threads that Bind Us' - celebrating what brings people together, brings a sense of belonging and makes Paisley's communities rich and vibrant, and how Paisley's proud heritage inspires a legacy for today's makers and artists.
